The Eur Conference Center and “Cloud” hotel are located in Rome’s historic EUR district, with a total building area of 55,000 square meters. The design concept revolves around three elements: “membrane,” “cloud,” and “blades.”

The “membrane,” viewed longitudinally, is a container made of reinforced steel and double-layer ETFE structure, housing the “cloud.” The “cloud” is the project’s core, contrasting a free, unconstrained space with a defined, framed space.

Inside the “cloud” are auditoriums, dining areas, and service zones. The “cloud,” with its 15,000 square meters of ETFE transparent curtain covering a steel frame, is visually stunning.

With innovative design and advanced material use, the new Rome Eur Conference Center is a masterpiece of extraordinary artistic value. The building is highly flexible, capable of hosting conferences, exhibitions, and seating nearly 9,000 people.
