Jinza Real Estate is a cultural and shopping complex. The main steel uses ETFE membrane structure thick square steel tubes and is covered by a nearly 7,000-square-meter ETFE membrane roof, divided into several transparent cushions by a Tyson polygon.

    During the day, the ETFE cushions are clear and let in lots of light while keeping the place warm. At night, the cushions light up with colorful LEDs, creating a beautiful and vibrant display.
