Precision Engineering and Manufacturing
Upon finalizing engineering designs, we initiate the precise manufacturing and fabrication of membrane and structural steel. Our expert team cuts and welds PTFE, PVC, PVDF, or ETFE fabric membranes to create panels tailored for site installation. After manufacturing, we meticulously package the materials to ensure safe shipping and easy unpacking.
In-House Manufacturing Facility
Operating from our 5,000 square meter in-house facility, we leverage extensive experience handling complex projects, enabling us to tackle any scale and technical requirement with flexibility.
Advanced Equipment
Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including membrane inspection machines, automatic cutting machines, ETFE film fusion machines, and welding machines for PVC/PVDF and PTFE membranes. Our production capacities include 200,000 square meters of PTFE annually, 100,000 square meters of ETFE, and 300,000 square meters of PVC/PVDF, with industry association certifications for membrane structure design and construction.

The membrane structure, under prestress, forms a spatial membrane surface. Our cutting design aims to utilize the fabric in a stress-free, flat state to create the roof structure, ensuring optimal shape and stress distribution. Accurate seam placement and material efficiency are crucial.
